Prestige won the contract to do the domestic civil engineering for the conversion of five barns into new units.

The site works included site clearance, breaking out of existing oversites, laying of radon sumps and raydon DPC with an insulated concrete oversite for the new dwellings.

On the environmental works, attenuation tanks and drainage bio digesters (titan tanks) were installed for the foul drainage.
