We are increasingly conscious of the need to reassure prospective
clients of our financial stability as well as providing assurances
of the quality of our work and evidence of our Health and
Safety and Environmental committments.
If the
information you require is not detailed below, please do not
hesitate to contact us and we will be pleased to assist you
further.
We
are members of Constructionline (reg. no. 86927), a national
database of pre-qualified contractors and consultants. Members
are assessed annually on their financial stability, competency,
health and safety, environmental awareness and equal opportunities
policies. ConstructionLine is a one-stop shop for anyone wanting
to pre-qualify construction industry contractors. It provides
up-to-date, comprehensive information and avoids the duplication
of work often associated with pre-qualification.
We are
CHAS accredited. The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment
Scheme (CHAS) is a nationally recognised Health and Safety pre-qualification
assessment. It is a non-commercial scheme which aims to improve
health and safety standards across Great Britain and reduce
duplication for both suppliers and buyers
All our
plant operators carry CPCS cards. The Construction Plant Competence
Scheme (CPCS) certifies the skills and health and safety awareness
of plant operators in the construction industry.
All our
operators carry CSCS cards. The Construction Skills Certification
Scheme (CSCS) was set up to help the construction industry to
improve quality and reduce accidents. All card holders must
have passed the ConstructionSkills Health and Safety test. CSCS
cards are increasingly demanded as proof of occupational competence.
All our
construction operatives have or are working towards their NVQ
Level 2 qualification. National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs)
are work based awards in England, Wales and Northern Ireland
that are achieved through assessment and training in the workplace.
We
are members of The Guild of Master Craftsman, a trade organisation
representing more than 400 different crafts, trades and professions,
promoting and supporting excellence. The Guild's emblem and
Coat of Arms represent skill, integrity, quality and service.
The Guild encourages members to strive for excellence and monitors
standards to ensure that its principles are being maintained.
